Entry & Security Rules/Guidelines

In response to an increase in disturbances and turbulent activities at local festivals, the Twins Days Festival Committee, in conjunction with the City of Twinsburg Police Department and its safety forces, are instituting the following rules and policies for this year’s festival to ensure that the event is safe and fun for all attendees.

  1. Individuals under the age of 18 years are not permitted entry after 5:00 p.m. unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. (Registered twins excluded.)
  2. All who enter are subject to search, including bags, purses, wagons, etc.
  3. No hoods.
  4. Shirt and shoes must be worn.
  5. No animals are permitted except for ADA certified service animals assisting an individual with a disability. “Comfort,” “therapy” or “emotional support” animals do not meet the definition of a service animal (per the Americans with Disabilities Act – ADA) and are not permitted entry to the event.
  6. No bicycles, scooters, or skateboards are permitted inside the gate.

There will also be an increased presence of police security on the grounds, and any disorderly or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. At the discretion of the event organizers violators will be ejected from the festival grounds. The festival committee wants to ensure that the event is safe and a great experience for all guests and attendees.
